About Anatolian Kitchen
Anatolian Kitchen is a turkish restaurant in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 3016 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18017, which places it among the local businesses of Bethlehem that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a food or drink category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a restaurant in the same shopping plaza or that combine several kinds of service, such as a market with an attached clinic or a strip-mall unit that also does phone repair or tax preparation. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated food write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting. Some of these are legitimate neighbors of the food businesses on this site, such as a nail salon or a laundromat in the same strip mall, while others are simply miscategorized on the source data and worth a quick call to confirm what they actually offer.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 6 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Anatolian Kitchen at (610) 419-8204; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is anatoliabethlehem.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 1,143 reviews, which is a strong result for a turkish restaurant in Bethlehem and suggests consistent service.
Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bethlehem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Anatolian Kitchen is a Turkish restaurant in Bethlehem known for its authentic Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. I stopped in for the first time the other night. The food was very good, but the service was not. I started with the mix appetizer, which includes hummus, stuffed grape leaves, eggplant salad, babaganoush, ezme, haydari, kabak tarama, havuc tarama, and crushed wheat salad, served with fresh homemade bread. Everything had so much flavor, and I loved the variety. I also had the chicken soup, which was filled with tender chicken and vegetables. For my entrΓ©e, I went with the mix grill, which includes chicken, lamb, and Adana kebabs, served with rice, a mixed salad, and pickled red cabbage. The meats were well seasoned, and the sides were fresh. My friend had the chicken kebab, which was prepared exactly like mine. She enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this is where the experience took a turn. Our server didnβt introduce herself, ask how anything was, or make any effort to be warm and welcoming. We felt like we showed up to a party we werenβt invited to. Service aside, I really did enjoy the food here, so Iβd come back. Hopefully, the service is better next time.

Hubby and I wanted to try something new, stepping outside of our comfort spots! Loved every bit of everything we tried here and the flavors were absolutely delicious! The service was attentive without being overbearing. Questions regarding the menu were answered and we felt welcomed! This pick your own seat, BYOB is a vibe worth trying!

We were excited to find Turkish food in this area and it surpassed our expectations. Lovely dining area and excellent service. The lentil soup was the perfect comfort food and the Manti was phenomenal. We tried every desert option and the Kadayif was my favorite. We hope to come back when we're in the area!

Was in the Bethlehem area for a concert and wanted to try this restaurant. Everything was excellent especially the hummus, manti(Turkish dumplings) and the mixed grill which included grilled chicken, lamb and kafta(ground lamb). Turkish coffee was incredible and gave you a good jolt of caffeine. My only wish was that there was more bread or even pita bread for the hummus. It's possible that if you asked for more it might not have been a problem, as the staff were very helpful and professional. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely go back.
